Every Morpho vault (V1 MetaMorpho and V2) holding at least $2M on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, HyperEVM, Unichain and Katana. The vault configuration comes from the Morpho API. Each owner, curator and allocator key is read on-chain: an EOA (one private key, which may be MPC- or HSM-backed off-chain), a Safe (threshold and signers), or a timelock.
What matters: a curator who can enable a new market (V1) or add an adapter and raise its cap (V2) can send deposits somewhere new. The vault's timelock on those actions is the depositors' window to exit. Instant means a zero timelock.
